Tracy Viger, LCASA

Therapy is more than a series of scheduled appointments-it is a journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment. Through the therapeutic process, clients can develop greater self-confidence and self-esteem while building healthy, practical skills such as effective communication, positive social interactions, emotional awareness, and healthy boundaries.

As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A), I provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment to teens and adults experiencing substance use and related challenges. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

I understand that many individuals struggle with feeling heard, understood, or supported. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space where clients feel respected and empowered to share their experiences. I believe that building a trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process.

Services are available in person and through Telehealth, providing flexible options to support clients wherever they are in their journey toward recovery and personal growth.
