Born and raised in South Carolina, I transitioned to North Caroling in 2017 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lander University. I later received a Master of Social Worker Degree from University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and has experience in crisis intervention, intensive in-home services and community-based mental health. "Frequently, we face many challenges in our lives. Sometimes we encounter challenges in our jobs, challenges in our home, and challenges in community with others. Navigating through those challenges can be hard and scary!

My goal is to create a judgement-free safe space for you to be exactly who you are. I take a holistic, client-centered approach to help individuals maximize their mind and body wellness. I use a combination of many therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT), & Motivational Interviewing.

I want to help you create the change you would like to see.
